Christine has more than 14 years of experience as a finance attorney, representing lenders in a variety of transactions from broadly syndicated reserve-based loans to bilateral “bridge to call” credit facilities, letter of credit facilities, first lien/ second lien financings and partner loan programs. She has also represented borrowers on working capital credit facilities and note offerings. These representations involve the negotiation and drafting of credit facilities, security documents and related agreements and the management of complex due diligence projects.

Christine also has experience documenting volumetric production payments, structured hedging facilities and commercial terms of service in the midstream space.

Before entering private practice, Christine spent a year clerking for the Honorable Justice Willet when he served on the Texas Supreme Court.
