Andrew Fertitta is involved in a wide variety of corporate securities and merger and acquisition transactions, including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, acquisitions and sales of privately held companies, private equity and mezzanine financings, SEC reporting and compliance and formation and structuring of startup ventures. He has been named as a "Texas Rising Star" in surveys conducted by Texas Monthly magazine in 2007 and 2008.
Prior to beginning his law practice, Mr. Fertitta served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable James J. Brady, U.S. District Judge, Middle District of Louisiana. Representative Experience
