 Ashley Aiello is an associate in the environmental section of Porter & Hedges. Ms. Aiello has counseled firm clients relating to various environmental, health and safety issues arising out of a variety of regulatory programs, including air and water quality, solid and hazardous waste, and oil and gas regulations. The clients involved in these matters have come from an array of industries, including chemical, construction, oil and gas and manufacturing.
In her experience, Ms. Aiello has assisted in the representation of clients involved in a range of regulatory permitting, compliance and enforcement matters, including participation in the negotiation of agreed orders in state enforcement actions and the representation of clients performing remediation efforts pursuant to the Texas Voluntary Cleanup Program. She has also participated in the firm's representation of clients involved in federal Superfund cost recovery litigation and the representation of corporate clients with respect to environmental due diligence arising out of various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings and real property exchanges.
