Greg Barker's practice focuses on the legal aspects of development, construction and financing of electric power generating facilities, other energy related assets and other real estate assets. In addition, Mr. Barker handles other projects, such as LNG facilities, gas processing facilities, energy pipeline facilities and related assets and in the acquisition, disposition and development of other real estate assets, including the structuring of limited liability companies, partnerships and other entities to own and operate such facilities.
Through his representation of project developers and project lenders, Mr. Barker has gained extensive experience in the negotiation and preparation of all the agreements required in the development and financing of domestic and international energy producing facilities and all other real property assets.
Prior to joining Porter & Hedges in 2007, Mr. Barker served as a partner in the law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P., where he practiced for 33 years. Representative Experience Energy
