 Mr. Salton is an associate in the construction litigation section of Porter & Hedges. His practice focuses on representation of general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and owners in a variety of construction related disputes.
While in law school, Mr. Salton served as a member of the South Texas Law Review and also participated in the South Texas Advocacy program. Mr. Salton was inducted into the Order of the Lytae, and received American Jurisprudence Awards, given to the recipient of the highest grade, in Federal Civil Procedure, Texas Criminal Procedure, and First Amendment Law. - Represented construction company against Jordanian company in multi-million dollar water well dispute governed by the London Center of International Arbitration.
- Represented construction company in contract dispute relating to fabrication of military watchtowers in Djibouti, Africa.
Federal Court
- Represented major construction company in multi-million dollar case concerning transportation of fuel throughout Iraq in Southern District of Texas.
- Represented company in case involving trademark infringement and allegations of RICO act violations in Northern District of Texas.
State Court
- Represented hospital in landlord-tenant dispute concerning flooding, mold and other construction-related defects.
