Mr. Wade has over ten years of experience representing public corporations, private companies and individuals as plaintiffs and defendants in complex trials in state and federal courts in Texas and abroad and before arbitration panels of the American Arbitration Association. His experience includes appeals before Texas appellate courts and federal courts of appeal. He has experience in:
- commercial litigation
- energy litigation, including representation of operators, working interest owners and royalty owners
- shareholder and partner disputes
- patent infringement
- business torts
Mr. Wade has been selected as a “Texas Super Lawyer” in Business Litigation in surveys conducted by Texas Monthly since 2004. He was also named as a “Texas Rising Star” in an earlier Texas Monthly survey.
Mr. Wade joined Porter & Hedges in 1997 following a two year judicial clerkship with the Hon. Norman W. Black, Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He was also managing editor of the South Texas Law Review from 1994 to 1995. Representative Experience
