Heather Hatfield is an associate in the litigation section. Ms. Hatfield has been involved in a variety of matters, including construction disputes involving the standard of care for design professionals, oil and gas litigation involving force majeure and antitrust litigation in the energy industry.

Ms. Hatfield joined the firm in 2005.
