Jeff Elkin is a partner in the litigation section of Porter & Hedges.  He has extensive trial experience in litigation matters involving complex commercial disputes, federal and state securities laws, and business torts. His practice involves representing publicly-held corporations, mezzanine lenders, investment advisors, registered broker/dealers, private companies, and individuals before federal and state district courts throughout the United States and before arbitration panels of the American Arbitration Association and the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc.
