Ms. Diaz is an associate practicing in the trust, probate, and estate planning section of Porter & Hedges.  Her practice involves aspects of wealth preservation planning as well as estate administration and postmortem planning.  Ms Diaz's work includes wills and trusts, marital property agreements, asset protection and business planning, as well as handling all phases of the probate process.

Prior to becoming an associate, Ms. Diaz worked at Porter & Hedges as a law clerk in the trust, probate, and estate planning section.
