 Mr. von Rosenberg is an associate in the corporate section of Porter & Hedges. His primary focus involves corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions, governance and leveraged financing transactions.
Prior to joining Porter & Hedges, Mr. von Rosenberg gained significant experience in the transportation and utility industry. While working as an economic analyst, he assisted clients in regulatory economics, fuel and transportation contract negotiations and antitrust claims. Representative Experience
