Mr. von Rosenberg is an associate in the corporate section of Porter & Hedges.  His primary focus involves corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions, governance and leveraged financing transactions.

Prior to joining Porter & Hedges, Mr. von Rosenberg gained significant experience in the transportation and utility industry.  While working as an economic analyst, he assisted clients in regulatory economics, fuel and transportation contract negotiations and antitrust claims.

• Representation of global energy company, with assets in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, in $250 million senior credit facility.
• Representation of international shipping and transportation services company in $15 million asset based loan.
• Representation of global offshore exploration company in $75 million public equity offering and $100 million term loan.
• Representation of medical and hazardous waste disposal company in $185 million acquisition.
• Representation of international exploration and production company in $14 million shelf equity issuance.
• Representation of a national bank selling $44 million in preferred stock and common stock purchase warrants to the U.S. Department of Treasury under the Troubled Assets Relief Program (TARP).
• Representation of an oil and gas services company in expansion of product line through an approximately $30 million asset purchase.
