Jeremy Mouton and Robert Viguet Named as New Practice Group Leaders

Porter Hedges announced that Jeremy Mouton has been appointed to serve as the new Property & Finance practice group leader and Robert “Bert” Viguet has been appointed to serve as the new Corporate practice group leader.

Mr. Mouton succeeds Joyce Soliman who has served as Property & Finance leader since 2013. He is a partner in the Energy section and focuses on advising oil and gas companies on a variety of corporate, transactional and commercial matters, with an emphasis on upstream and midstream oil and gas transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.

Mr. Viguet succeeds Corey Brown who has served as Corporate leader since 2014.  He assists clients with business organization, acquisition, and finance transactions. He also advises executives, boards of directors, independent board committees, and entrepreneurs regarding transactions, corporate finance and corporate governance matters.
