Paul Dyson is an associate in the litigation section of the firm. Mr. Dyson's practice focuses on patent and technology litigation matters.
Prior to joining Porter & Hedges, Mr. Dyson served as law clerk to the Honorable Leonard E. Davis of the Eastern District of Texas, who is known for his heavy patent docket. While clerking, Mr. Dyson received substantial experience with the Eastern Distict's Local Patent Rules, a wide variety of claim construction issues, and other patent law issues.
