Paul Kerlin is an associate in the litigation section of Porter & Hedges and works in the mass tort and commercial litigation areas of the firm.  Mr. Kerlin has represented clients in a variety of matters in both state and federal courts in products and premises liability cases for such claims as asbestosis, mesothelioma, and benzene and other chemical exposures.  While in law school, Mr. Kerlin served as note and comment editor of the South Texas Law Review.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Kerlin's practice consisted of representing vessel owners and underwriters in vessel collisions, cargo losses, personal injury defense, charter disputes and insurance matters.
