His practice involves all types of business and commercial litigation.
While in law school, Mr. Darden was a member of the Science and Technology Law Review where he was the Case Note & Comment Editor and a finalist for his Law Review Comment. He served on the Board of Advocates Executive Council and was a member of both the 2010 National Trial Competition and 2009 National Trial Advocacy Competition Mock Trial Teams. Mr. Darden is a member of Phi Delta Phi. Additionally, he interned for Judge Harlin D. Hale of U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. |
