Heather Hatfield is an associate in the litigation section. She has been involved in a variety of matters, including construction disputes, oil and gas litigation, corporate investigations and white collar crime defense involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, insurance defense disputes, as well as complex commercial litigation matters.

Ms. Hatfield was selected for inclusion in Texas Rising Stars in 2012 for Business Litigation.  She is a member of the firm's Recruiting Committee and the Diversity Committee and is also active in the firm's Women's Initiative.
