His practice focuses on public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions, SEC compliance, new entity formation, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
Mr. Whalen has represented clients in a variety of industries, including energy exploration and production, oil field services, offshore drilling and alternative energy. Mr. Whalen has also represented investment banking firms in various capital markets transactions.
While in law school, Mr. Whalen served as an articles editor of the Houston Law Review. Additionally, he is a member of the Order of the Coif and Order of the Barons. |
