Jay Patout is an associate in the litigation practice group of Porter Hedges. His practice focuses on construction and general business litigation matters.

While in law school, Mr. Patout was Order of the Lytae, Magister for Phi Delta Phi, President of the Oil and Gas Law Society and Environmental Law Society, and Notes Editor for the Corporate Counsel Review. He has interned for Judge David Hittner, United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and Judge Ken Wise of the 334th District Court of Harris County.
