Joshua Eppich is an associate in the bankruptcy and corporate sections of Porter Hedges LLP. Mr. Eppich’s practice focuses on corporate reorganizations and restructurings, acquisitions within the bankruptcy context, and creditors’ rights. His experience includes representing committee’s, debtors, creditors, and trustees in cases involving complex litigation and a wide range of bankruptcy issues.

Prior to joining Porter Hedges, Mr. Eppich served as a judicial intern to the Honorable D. Michael Lynn of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. While in law school, Mr. Eppich served as Articles Editor for the International Law Review.

• Represented Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, In re Tekoil & Gas Corporation.
• Represented former operator, In re PetroRig I Pte Ltd. et al.
• Represented various producers in the SemCrude bankruptcy cases.
• Represented creditors in the Kimball Hill and Viking Offshore (USA), Inc. bankruptcy cases.
• Represented creditors in the Tousa bankruptcy cases.
• Represented trustees in connection with matters related to estate administration.
• Represented major franchise in bankruptcy proceedings of franchisor.
