Mr. Eppich’s practice focuses on corporate reorganizations and restructurings, acquisitions within the bankruptcy context, and creditors’ rights. His experience includes representing committee’s, debtors, creditors, and trustees in cases involving complex litigation and a wide range of bankruptcy issues.
Prior to joining Porter Hedges, Mr. Eppich served as a judicial intern to the Honorable D. Michael Lynn of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. While in law school, Mr. Eppich served as Articles Editor for the International Law Review. |
