Mr. Richards has experience in representing purchasers, sellers, borrowers, developers, landlords and tenants in all types of real estate transactions. He has been recognized as a "Texas Rising Star" in the area of real estate law in surveys conducted by Texas Monthly magazine from 2004 to 2008. He has also been honored as a "Rising Star" in a survey conducted by Scene in SA Monthly magazine in 2007.
