Mr. von Rosenberg has represented clients in various industries including oil and gas exploration and production, oil and gas services, general manufacturing and financial services. He has particular experience in the subsea oil and gas exploration and production sector.
Prior to joining Porter Hedges, Mr. von Rosenberg gained significant experience in the transportation and utility industry while working as an analyst at an economic consulting firm in Washington D.C. While there, he assisted clients in regulatory economics, fuel and transportation contract negotiations and antitrust claims. |

- Representation of Rock Hill Capital, a Houston-based private equity firm, in the acquisition of various portfolio companies.

- Representation of a precision machining and manufacturing company in its $30 million purchase by a private equity investor.
- Representation of a financial services company in an approximately $40 million acquisition by a private equity fund.

- Representation of Vantage Drilling Company, a publicly traded international offshore drilling contractor, in the refinancing of over $1 billion of senior secured notes to finance the acquisition of a deep-water drillship.
- Representation of an energy and petro chemical services company in a $110 million senior secured credit agreement.
- Representation of TransAtlantic Petroleum Ltd., a publically traded international oil and gas exploration company, in a $30 million credit agreement and related acquisition of a Turkish and Australian company, both with significant operations in the Republic of Turkey.
- Representation of an international oil and gas exploration company, with significant operations in Egypt, in a $30 million senior secured credit agreement.
