Pamela Balser is a technical advisor specializing in trademark law. She assists in every phase of trademark prosecution, from the initial client interview to the maintenance of registered trademarks. Pamela performs trademark searches; prepares descriptions for goods and services; files foreign applications under the Madrid Protocol; prepares national and domestic applications; and prepares and files responses to office actions, statements of use, affidavits of incontestability, and renewal applications. She also assists with trademark oppositions; copyright filings and enforcements; domain name purchases, maintenance, and enforcement; and docketing.

Prior to joining the firm, Pamela was at an IP boutique law firm where in addition to international and domestic trademark prosecution she handled patent docketing, annuities, and international patent prosecution.
