His practice focuses on representation of general contractors, developers, subcontractors, suppliers, owners and sureties in a variety of construction-related disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ross was employed as a project engineer for a large commercial general contractor in Dallas, Texas, where he managed the construction of numerous government buildings. |

- Defense of a geotechnical engineer in a multi-party design/construction defect dispute.

- Representation of a general contractor against a hotel owner for wrongful termination.
- Defense of an offshore marine fabrication, construction and repair contractor regarding various contract-related claims.
