Richard Wynne is a partner in Porter & Hedges' corporate and securities section. Mr. Wynne's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, including representation of management groups, and public offerings of debt and equity securities. His clients have included boards of directors and their committees, private equity and venture capital firms and their portfolio investment companies, and companies operating in a wide variety industries. He has particular experience representing oilfield service companies. He has also represented companies in other industries, including recycling and waste management, manufacturing, distribution, apparel, death care, automotive, and building products. In 2008, Mr. Wynne was named a "Texas Super Lawyer" by Texas Monthly magazine, and in Super Lawyers, Corporate Counsel Edition in the area of Securities and Corporate Finance.

Mr. Wynne joined the firm in 1989.
