Sean Stotsky is an associate in the litigation section of the firm. His practice involves mass tort, products liability, premises liability, personal injury, and general commercial litigation. Mr. Stotsky has practiced law for the past five years as a civil litigation associate managing all aspects of a diverse insurance defense general litigation docket and has handled cases including: premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice defense, defamation, electrocution, farm implement accidents, fire accidents, wrongful termination, motor vehicle accidents, chemical exposure, breach of contract and commercial litigation cases.  He has been named a "Texas Rising Star" in surveys conducted by Texas Monthly magazine in 2006 and 2007.
