Mr. Ross is an associate in the construction law group of the firm.  His practice focuses on representation of general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, owners and sureties in a variety of construction-related disputes.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ross was employed as a project engineer for a large commercial general contractor in Dallas, Texas, where he managed the construction of numerous government buildings.

Representative Experience

  • Defense of a mechanical and plumbing subcontractor in a multi-party, multi-million dollar construction defect dispute.
  • Representation of a general contractor to resolve numerous lien claims and to recover from a defaulting subcontractor.
  • Representation of a subcontractor against a general contractor for delays and acceleration.
  • Defense of a geotechnical engineer in a multi-party design/construction defect dispute.
  • Defense of a developer in a multi-party contract dispute.
  • Representation of a general contractor to resolve numerous bond claims and to recover from a defaulting subcontractor.
