Bill Rasmussen is an associate with the trusts, probate and estate planning section of Porter & Hedges, and is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Mr. Rasmussen's practice involves all aspects of wealth preservation planning, including wills and trusts, marital property agreements, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, asset protection and business planning, and charitable foundations.
Estate administration and trust administration are also central to Mr. Rasmussen's practice, which involves post-mortem tax planning, estate taxation, probate, guiding fiduciaries through the estate administration process, and advising trustees on a wide range of trust administration matters.
