Partner - Banking & Finance | Porter & Hedges' Women's Initiative is designed around four purposes and goals: - To recruit and retain accomplished women attorneys for our Firm.
- To mentor and foster relationships among the community of women attorneys in our Firm.
- To market our services to our women clients and other potential buyers of our services, and
- To advance the client development efforts of women attorneys in our Firm.
As a Firm, we recognize that promoting the talent and dedication of our women attorneys can only further enhance our collective opportunities for success. As we continue to build on the foundation of this program, we intend to promote the capabilities of our women attorneys internally and externally through continuing education programs, client-focused presentations, networking events and associations with leading professional organizations geared towards women in business. |
