ACG Houston Awards the Champions Hydro-Lawn Acquisition by Westco Grounds Maintenance as Business Services Deal of the Year

The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston named the acquisition of Champions Hydro-Lawn Acquisition by Westco Grounds Maintenance as the ‘Business Services Deal of the Year’ at its seventh annual Deal of the Year awards ceremony.

Porter Hedges represented Champions Hydro-Lawn in the transaction. Gulfstar Group served as the seller’s investment bank.
