"ROBINSON, DAUBERT, AND MCGINTY V. HENNEN: Update on Experts and Evidence in Construction Cases," 26th Annual Construction Law Conference

First the courts gave us Robinson and Daubert. The trial judge became the gate keeper for admissibility of expert opinion.
