"Regularly reported all significant developments in a timely fashion, and always responded to various requests and inquiries as soon as reasonably possible."

"I don't think I could find a better or more competent firm."

Individual acknowledgment as “Leaders in Their Field” for the construction practice in Texas was received by David Peden (Band 1) who is singled out for being  "a very seasoned attorney" as well as an "outstanding negotiator." "From my experience in dealing with him, when he is in the room and can quote the law by verse, it is almost intimidating to legal counsel representing other parties as they don't have that degree of knowledge," says one source.  Allison Snyder (Band 2) is described as "very smart" by sources who praise her deep industry knowledge. John Hawkins (Band 2) is "very responsive and thorough. He is also sensitive to my need to control legal costs."

The Energy: Oil & Gas Transactional practice received national recognition among the leading practices in the country. The Banking & Finance, Bankruptcy/Restructuring, Capital Markets: Debt & Equity, Corporate/ M&A, and Environmental Practices were also recognized among leading practices in Texas.
