Porter Hedges Expands Midstream Energy Transactional Practice with New Energy Partner Ben Rajabi

Porter Hedges announced today that Benjamin J. “Ben” Rajabi has joined the firm as a partner in the energy section in Houston.  Mr. Rajabi counsels a wide range of clients in the energy industry with a particular focus on the midstream oil and gas sector. 

His experience includes acquisitions and divestitures of and joint ventures for pipelines, gathering systems and storage facilities for crude oil and natural gas products.  He also counsels clients on EPC agreements for midstream and downstream infrastructure projects, including pipelines, gathering systems, LNG and CNG terminals.

Mr. Rajabi also negotiates oil and natural gas gathering, processing and treating agreements, oil and gas transportation agreements, and related midstream agreements.  His full biography is linked here.
