M&A Advisor Awards Maintenance Supply Sale to Lowe's as Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year

The M&A Advisor announced that the Maintenance Supply Headquarters acquisition by Lowe’s Companies, the Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year ($500MM-$1B) as part of the 16th Annual M&A Advisor Awards. 

Porter Hedges represented Maintenance Supply in the transaction.  The deal team included Rob Reedy, Craig Bergez, Joe Morrel and Allison Wilbanks, with support from Nick Nicholas, Beverly Young and Kevan Richards.

The 16th Annual M&A Advisor Awards honors the professionals whose activities set the standard for M&A transactions. This year, over 280 nominees, representing over 650 companies, became finalists for the awards. An independent judging committee of 29 top M&A industry experts determined the ultimate recipients of the awards.
