Porter Hedges Represents International Bank of Commerce in the Financing of the Katy Village LP and Katy Village Investments LP 84 Acre Purchase in Houston’s Energy Corridor
Porter Hedges real estate finance team represented International Bank of Commerce in the financing for Katy Village LP and Katy Village Investments LP in its purchase of 84 acres on Interstate 10 just west of the Grand Parkway.
As one most significant land deals of 2018 according to various press reports, the site is marketed as The Village at Katy will include retail, restaurant, and hotel projects. The property is on the north side of I-10, near the Katy Mills Mall and Pin Oak Road.
The transaction was led by Porter Hedges real estate partner George Craft.
