Porter Hedges is pleased to announce that we have added Tracey Reisman Gerber as a new partner to the real estate section.
Tracey has over 14 years of experience representing major regional and national developers, landlords, tenants, owners and investors with complex commercial real estate transactions. Her primary focus is the representation of landlords and tenants in complex lease issues.
In connection with such representation, Tracey is involved in the preparation and negotiation of complex commercial leases, subleases, development agreements, operating agreements, reciprocal access agreements and declarations of restrictive covenants. She also has experience assisting clients with lease disputes, workouts and termination agreements. She has experience with all types of commercial real estate leases, including office, power centers, restaurant and other retail leases in Texas and across the country.
“Tracey’s background representing both sophisticated landlords and tenants is a great fit for our firm. Our real estate section is involved in some of the largest commercial transactions in Houston and her experience is an ideal complement to the core strengths of our practice,” says firm managing partner Rob Reedy.
In addition to her real estate practice, she is active in the community. She is a member of organizations including AIPAC, the Anti-Defamation League, and the Humane Society, among others.
Tracey received her J.D. from the South Texas College of Law and her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
Tracey’s full profile is available on the Porter Hedges website here.
