Houston, Texas, January 23, 2012 - - Porter Hedges announced today that two lawyers have been elected as partners effective January 1, 2012. The new partners are Susan Hellinger, litigation, and Joshua Wolfshohl, bankruptcy.

Ms. Hellinger has a diverse litigation practice, involving the representation of public and private corporations, partnerships, and individuals in a wide variety of civil litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts. She has extensive experience in complex, multi-party commercial litigation, antitrust litigation and compliance, and products liability litigation.
Mr. Wolfshohl’s practice focuses on corporate reorganizations and restructurings, acquisitions within the bankruptcy context, and creditors' rights. His experience includes representing corporate clients in cases involving complex commercial litigation and a wide range of bankruptcy issues, including institutional and corporate creditors in some of the country's largest Chapter 11 cases.
