Genevieve Graham is an associate in the bankruptcy section of Porter Hedges. Her practice focuses on corporate reorganizations and restructurings, creditors’ rights, and trustee representation. Genevieve has experience in a number of industries, including energy, healthcare, and financial services. She was selected to the Texas Rising Stars list in 2018 for Bankruptcy.
As the Chair of the Houston Network of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC), Genevieve works with other professional women to connect and promote success of women in the restructuring industry in Houston. Additionally, Genevieve serves on the board of the Houston Association of Young Bankruptcy Lawyers (HAYBL) where she coordinates community service opportunities for young attorneys in the restructuring practice in and around the Houston area.
After law school, Genevieve worked on Capitol Hill as a legislative staffer where she assisted in the areas of the economy and budget, along with taxes and the judiciary.
