Heather Hatfield is a partner in the litigation practice group of Porter Hedges and serves as the Chair of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee. She has been involved in a variety of matters, including corporate investigations and white collar crime defense involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, complex contract disputes, oil and gas litigation, bankruptcy litigation, construction disputes, as well as general commercial litigation matters. Heather also represents former employees of pharmaceutical companies in civil matters.
Heather has been selected by her peers for inclusion in Texas Rising Stars from 2012-2018 for Business Litigation. She has been a member of the firm's Recruiting Committee since 2007. Heather is also active in the firm's Women's Initiative.She is currently serving as Chairman of the Board for the Houston Urban Debate League in 2017 and is a founding member of the Women's White Collar Defense Association - Houston Chapter.
