Janine Lundin  is a partner in the finance section of Porter Hedges. Her practice focuses on representing both borrowers and lenders in a variety of commercial financings, including working capital credit facilities, syndicated credit facilities, letters of credit, acquisition financings, and other types of secured and unsecured financings.
