Megan Luh represents public and private companies in various matters including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, private equity transactions, corporate governance, SEC compliance, and other general corporate matters.

Megan serves on the firm's Recruiting Committee. She is a sub-committee chair for the Houston Bar Association’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee. She is also an active member of the Asian American Bar Association of Houston and serves as the Vice President of Programs.

Megan completed the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) Pathfinder Program in 2021 and remains active in the organization’s alumni efforts.

Prior to joining Porter Hedges, Megan was in-house IP counsel for a semiconductor test and measurement company based in Beaverton, Oregon. Her practice consisted of patent portfolio development, technology agreements, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. Before law school, Megan worked as an engineering sales associate for a wet chemical process manufacturing firm in Taiwan. Megan is licensed to practice before the USPTO.
