Legal Secretary - Litigation


The ideal candidate will have five or more years of legal secretarial/legal assistant work experience supporting a business litigation law practice and be proficient in transcribing dictation, producing, revising and formatting litigation documents and eFiling documents with all court systems for several busy attorney assignments. Paralegal experience a plus. Requirements include technical expertise in Word, Outlook, iManage and InterAction or other document and contact management software, knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Summation, and 60 w.p.m. typing skills, as demonstrated by Firm testing during the interview. Good verbal and written communication skills, detail orientation, strong organizational skills, and the availability to work daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. as well as additional hours as needed are also required.
