Administrative Floater - Houston Office

The individual hired for this position will initially complete the Firm's software and on-the-job training before being assigned to provide coverage for absences in all practice areas on an as-needed basis. Qualified candidates will, ideally, have earned at least an Associate's degree, and will offer one year of litigation experience. Completion of a paralegal training course is a plus. 50 w.p.m. typing skills and advanced working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as demonstrated by Firm testing during the interview, are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the availability to work daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., as well as additional hours as needed are also required.
