Jackie Moy Joins Law Firm Antiracism Alliance Board of Directors

Firm News

Porter Hedges partner Jackie Moy has joined the Board of Directors for the Law Firm Antiracism Alliance (LFAA). The LFAA, which was formed in June of 2020, includes more than 250 law firms across the U.S. and aims to utilize law firm resources to assist legal service organizations whose missions are to undo the systematic barriers that plague minority communities. This will be the first Board of Directors for the LFAA, and it will help direct the efforts of LFAA members.

“I am honored to serve on the LFAA Board of Directors,” said Jackie Moy, Porter Hedges Pro Bono Committee Chairperson. “Our focus will be to guide this outstanding coalition of law firms to identify organizations that want or need legal assistance.  We will help coordinate the pro bono efforts of volunteer law firms to support the efforts of these organizations to implement positive change in racial equality in our society.”

Jackie is a partner in the energy section at Porter Hedges where she focuses on midstream, downstream, and marketing transactional work for oil, gas, NGL and petroleum product commercial deals and infrastructure projects. She also chairs the Firm’s Pro Bono Committee.
