Miranda Jones Honored for Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement by the American Antitrust Institute

The American Antitrust Institute (AAI) has awarded Miranda Jones with the 2019 Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement in Private Practice Award for her work as part of the litigation team on the King Drug Co. of Florence, Inc. v. Cephalon, Inc. (Provigil) case, which related to a pay-for-delay agreement in connection with patent litigation. Awarded as part of the 2019 Antitrust Enforcement Awards, she is among a select group of leading legal practitioners and economists recognized for outstanding achievement by the AAI.
