Brandon Schaller represents commercial banks, private equity firms and corporate borrowers in a variety of commercial financings, including syndicated credit facilities, working capital facilities, letter of credit facilities, acquisition financings, franchise financings, real estate and construction loans, asset-based loan transactions, mezzanine and unitranche transactions and other types of secured and unsecured financings.

Prior to joining Porter Hedges, Brandon was an associate at an AmLaw 100 firm.
