Chester Uzoma represents developers, purchasers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, and other individuals and entities in a variety of real estate transactions. He focuses on acquisitions and dispositions of land, office buildings, industrial properties, and shopping centers. Chester also has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and residential leases.
Prior to joining Porter Hedges, Chester was an Associate at Hughes Watters Askanase LLP where he focused his practice on commercial litigation and commercial transaction matters. He represented business owners, borrowers and financial institutions in connection with the structuring, negotiation, and closing of commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to attending law school, Chester worked primarily in midstream and downstream oilfield service sectors for Ryder Integrated Logistics and Cameron International Corporation (since acquired by Schlumberger).
