Christian Siboldi focuses his practice on real estate leasing, development, acquisitions, dispositions, creating homeowners’ associations, and financing real estate projects. He represents clients throughout various industries, including industrial, residential, office, retail, and mixed use developments, money market and regional financing institutions. Christian’s leasing practice involves both landlords and tenants in office and industrial leases. His finance practice has an emphasis on affordable housing financing involving low-income housing tax credits. He also has experience in market real estate financings, including office buildings, retail buildings, and multifamily projects.

While in law school Christian was a recipient of the CALI Award in Legal Research and Writing, CALI Award in Texas Oil and Gas, STCL Academic Merit Scholarship, Hyman L. Slohm Memorial Scholarship, and on the Dean's Honor List.  He also interned for Hon. Harold R. DeMoss, Jr., U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, Hon. Don R. Willett, Supreme Court of Texas, and Houston Bar Association Veteran's Legal Initiative.
