Cortnee Sabio represents borrowers and lenders in a variety of commercial financings, including working capital facilities, syndicated credit facilities, letters of credit, acquisition financings, franchise financings, real estate and construction loans, asset-based loan transactions, and other types of secured and unsecured financings.
While in law school, Cortnee received the Dean’s Scholarship and was on the Dean’s list. She also served as the Chief Articles Editor for the Houston Business & Tax Law Journal and as Vice President of the Black Law Students Association.
Prior to law school, Cortnee worked as a global proposal manager for an oil and gas company.
