Genevieve Graham’s practice focuses on counseling clients in corporate reorganizations and restructurings. She has experience representing both debtors and creditors in small business and complex commercial reorganizations and liquidations in addition to representing chapter 7 and post-confirmation trustees. She has litigated dozens of adversary proceedings and she has first- and second-chair experience in dozens of evidentiary hearings and trials in the bankruptcy courts. Her practice spans a number of industries, including energy, healthcare, and financial services. She was selected to the Texas Rising Stars list in 2018 and 2019 for Bankruptcy.

As the Communications Secretary of the Houston Network of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC), Genevieve works with other professional women to connect and promote success of women in the restructuring industry in Houston.

Following law school, Genevieve worked on Capitol Hill as a legislative staffer, assisting in the areas of the economy and budget, along with taxes and the judiciary.
