Genevieve Graham counsels clients on corporate reorganizations and restructurings, creditors’ rights, and trustee representation. She has experience in a number of industries, including energy, healthcare, and financial services.
As the Chair of the Houston Network of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC), Genevieve works with other professional women to connect and promote success of women in the restructuring industry in Houston. Additionally, Genevieve serves on the board of the Houston Association of Young Bankruptcy Lawyers (HAYBL) where she coordinates community service opportunities for young attorneys in the restructuring practice in and around the Houston area.
Following law school, Genevieve worked on Capitol Hill as a legislative staffer, assisting in the areas of the economy and budget, along with taxes and the judiciary.
