Jason M. Allen

Jason Allen represents traditional lenders, private equity debt investment firms, including SBICs, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, and other public and private borrowers in commercial lending, direct lending, and other financial transactions.

Jason received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was a Staff Editor of the Texas Review of Entertainment and Sports Law. Prior to law school, Jason attended The Ohio State University and worked as a member of the legislative staff in Columbus City Hall.
