Kevin Poli is an associate in the corporate practice group of Porter Hedges. Mr. Poli's practice focuses on general corporate and securities matters, including formation of entities, stock offerings, regulatory filings and preparation of corporate and SEC-required documents.

Mr. Poli has represented clients in the oil and gas, construction, clean tech, gasification and manufacturing industries. He also represents investment banking firm investors and issuers in capital market transactions.
